Old haberdashery box of DMC Alsace cabled thread - 12 white spools n° 60

Old haberdashery box of cabled thread from Alsace DMC (Dollfus-Mieg & Cie).

The box has been opened but the reels have not been used and they are all present.

The thread has small brownish dots on the top of the spools (just on the surface of the spools).

The box dates from before 1960, the year of the closure of the Belfort factory which preceded the merger with Thiriez & Cartier Bresson in 1961.

It contains 12 spools of white Alsace cable wire No. 60 of 200 yards each (183 meters).

Box dimensions: 16.8 cm x 8.2 cm x 2.8 cm.

The whole remains in good condition.
