Duo of old coffee cups + saucers in opaque Gien porcelain, small flowers model.
Period according to the stamp: 1886 / 1938 (probably late 19th century / early 20th century).
The whole is in good condition.
There are no chips or cracks.
There are a few tiny chips on the rim of the cups as well as on the handle of one cup, but these chips remain very discreet.
The enamel is slightly stained on the edges of the cups as well as in the bottom of one cup.
The enamel is very slightly grated on the handles.
The gilding on the rim of the cups, as well as on the handle, has some small gaps.
The saucers are in good condition.
These cups will perfectly complete a service or be used simply for a tête-à-tête.
Diameter of the cups: 6.3 cm.
Height of the cups: approximately 7 cm.
Diameter of the saucers: 14 cm.

These cups have been around for over 80 years and are by no means in new condition. It must therefore be taken into account that despite a rigorous selection and description in order to present a quality set, they may contain minimal defects caused by the passage of time in addition to those indicated in the description. To have impeccable condition, I invite you to turn to new or more modern tableware.
