Old cast iron press to perforate the number "1" on stamps.
Distributed by the store "L'Appareil Controller" located at 44 rue Chanzy in Paris in the 1950s/1960s, this press is in its original state. It is marked by rust, which is specific to cast iron.
I prefer to leave it in its original state so that the future buyer can do what they want with it. The restoration will not be very complicated and it will regain its former glory very quickly.
