Large plate or Terre de Fer dish from the Grand Dépôt Emile Bourgeois earthenware factory at 21 rue Drouot in Paris and 33 rue St Féréol in Marseille. This earthenware factory was established in 1863 and was the largest house in the world for table services.
Magnificent frieze representing the God Triton, son of Poseidon.
A magnificent crab is represented by the conch of the God Triton and rushes in the center.
Period: end of the 19th century/beginning of the 20th century.
