Vintage Brazilian serving tray.

Coming from Brazilian folk art, this tray is made of exotic wood (certainly mahogany and rosewood? ...) and an entire decoration is made from butterfly wings, covered by a glass window. The latter is in good condition.

The outline is made in marquetry.

The whole is in very good condition.

2 felt pads are missing under the tabletop.

Period: 1940s/1950s.
